Ancestral Offerings: Plant Medicine Circle with Cacao
Making offerings is a form of artistic expression, communicating gratitude to all our relations, we open connection to the world of Spirit. Feeding our ancestral and elemental worlds establishes our relationship to all parts of Self. In this circle we will create an offering together, employing eco-therapy practices, as well as, implementing the frameworks and understandings of Internal Family Systems and Hakomi’s Psychotherapy to better perceive and understand the facets of our human experience.
We will cover the theory of ‘parts’ which illustrates how the psyche operates through a multifaceted embodiment and the technique of tracking which shows us how we can become aware of and integrate these parts.
Cacao is a medicine held sacred by the Maya whose connection to this plant spans over 5,000 years, during which time, they have cultivated a relationship with Cacao, that is intentional and incredibly profound. They receive her as a gift brought forth from another dimension, a path of remembrance to which we will all return.

She has a background in eco-therapy, trauma informed somatic integration, archetypal psychology, and energy healing. She is an Italian lineage healer and practitioner of ancestral spirituality.
